Contact/Account Information

The Wharton Center Box Office collects contact information from all patrons to ensure the highest quality customer service and communication. We use this information for 3 basic purposes:

  1. Mailing tickets, season brochures and new show announcements.
  2. Our credit card processor requires that the street numbers and zip code of the credit card being used matches the billing address of that card for security purposes.
  3. If important information regarding a show that you purchased presents itself (e.g., cancellations, rescheduling, etc.), we want to communicate that to you as soon as we can.

Wharton Center Box does not share its customer information.

Account Passwords

Web-Sales Password
You are required to enter a password of your choice at check-out time, if you have done so already and have forgot it please click here enter you e-mail address and select the "Forgot Password" button. Your password will be sent to you by email shortly thereafter.
E-Club Password
When you create an e-club account, you will be asked to create a password. This can be the same or different than you web-sales account password. You should only be prompted for this password if you change you account information (i.e. e-mail address.)
Presales Password
Some internet pre-sales require a presales password. This password will be provided to you with the e-club e-mail notification or subscriber presale letter announcing the presale offer. This will be a password that you will be required to enter before you select your seats. This is a different password from the web-sales password required at check out and e-club password required for e-club account start-up.
