Russian National Orchestra

The February 14, 2022 performance by the Russian National Orchestra has been canceled and will not take place.
Called "as close to perfect as one could hope for" (Trinity Mirror) and possessing “a unique sound and personality” (The New York Times), the Russian National Orchestra was founded in 1990 by renowned pianist and conductor Mikhail Pletnev, and is today recognized as one of the world’s top orchestras. “The orchestra members showed themselves to be virtuosos, every one of them, in a truly memorable performance” (Palm Beach Daily News). Led by renowned Ukrainian conductor Kirill Karabits, the performance features Beethoven’s beloved Egmont Overture and two of Tchaikovsky’s greatest works: Symphony No. 4 and Piano Concerto No. 1 with new piano phenom Alexander Malofeev.

A full refund for ticket purchasers will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Tickets purchased with cash, check, or gift cards/gift certificates will be issued a check from Michigan State University.
