Are you ready to renew your Broadway Series subscription or are you interested in becoming a subscriber but have a few questions? You are in the right place.
How do I add additional tickets for Disney’s The Lion King?
Renewing subscribers can add additional seats on their order form and seat location will be based on their priority level. New subscribers will have an opportunity to add-on additional tickets after renewing subscribers are set.
How will I be seated for Special Events, Beetlejuice and Six?
Renewing subscribers:
Seating will be based on priority level. Renewable seats are not guaranteed for Special Events.
New subscribers:
Include Special Events seats when submitting a new application for a Broadway Series package. Select events prior to checkout.
I usually/ or want to add a few Performing Arts performances to my Broadway subscription. How do I do that?
Broadway Series subscribers will be able to add on events through the Performing Arts application on April 29, 2026, when the Performing Arts series is announced.
Can I add more tickets to my order after I have completed my application?
Additional tickets can be purchased for events in the 6-show Broadway package at a later date. Any additional charges will need to be paid in full at the time of the change. There is a $2.00 per ticket service fee added to each additional ticket purchased.
Can I add a seat to my full package?
If you are interested in adding seats to your package (and you are under the maximum number of seats) contact the Ticket Office at (517) 432-2000 for assistance.
Can I change the day of the week for tickets in my subscription? Also, how do I upgrade or changed my seat location?
Subscribers must renew their existing package to ensure their seats are reserved, then complete the upgrade or change request form.
Once all renewing subscribers are confirmed and seats are released, the upgrade and change period will open. Upgrades and changes will occur on a first-come-first-served within priority.

What are Priority levels?
Wharton Center’s subscribers are seated on a priority system involving both donation level and consecutive years of subscription ticket history. Season tickets go on sale to the general public after all priorities are seated.

What happens if I do not renew my subscription for the 2026-2027 season?
To keep your renewable seat location and your priority level, your subscription (and any donation) must remain active. If you choose not to renew your subscription for the 2026-2027 season, your seats will be available for another patron and your priority will reset.
Can I pay for my subscription with a check, gift card, or gift certificate?
Yes, call the Ticket Office at (517) 432-2000 or come in person to place your order. After, you can mail your check/gift card/gift certificate or drop it off at the Ticket Office.
What fees are included with my subscription?
A $2 service fee and a $4.50 facility fee are included in the price of each subscription ticket. There is no subscription order processing fee this season.
Can I exchange my Broadway tickets online?
Once the exchange period opens, Broadway subscribers can exchange their tickets online up to 24 hours prior to the events in the Broadway Series package.
There are no fees to exchange, but if the new ticket is more expensive than the original, the difference will be charged to the patron.If the new ticket is less expensive than the original, the difference will not be refunded.
Exchanges are also available in person at the Ticket Office for printed tickets and over the phone for mobile tickets.
What If I am not available to attend one or more show in the package?
When single tickets go on sale to the public, you can list and sell your tickets on SeatGeek. As the official ticketing partner of Wharton Center and Spartan Athletic ticket offices, SeatGeek guarantees that all tickets listed on SeatGeek are verified and trusted.
