Online Ticket Exchange for Broadway Subscribers 

Broadway Subscribers can exchange their renewable seats online up to 24 hours prior to the events in the 6-show Broadway series package. 

There are no fees to exchange, but if moving up a price level there may be a difference owed when submitting your exchange. If moving to a lower price zone there are no refunds for the difference. 

Online exchanges will be available from June 17-July 6, and then re-open after single tickets go on sale. 

Exchanges are also available in person at the ticket office and over the phone.

Previous tickets are no longer valid.

Additional Ticket Purchases for Broadway Subscribers 

Purchase up to an additional 8 tickets to the events in the 6-show Broadway series package before July 6. 

Additional tickets cannot be added to Disney's Beauty and the Beast and Hadestown at this time.
