Patron Amenities

We offer many Patron Amenities to ensure your experience at Wharton Center is an enjoyable one.

Patron Services

Throughout each performance, the Patron Services Desk, located in the Sierra Lobby across from Wharton Gifts, is open to assist guests. Lost and Found, binocular rentals, accessibility services, and noise-cancelling headphones are available at this location.

Binocular Rentals

  • $5.00 cash only, checked out by exchanging an ID.
  • Available at the Patron Services Desk, across from Wharton Gifts.

Booster Seats

A limited number of booster seats are available at our Patron Services Desk.  An ID is required to check out a booster seat.  Personal booster seats are permitted in the theatre.  

Lost and Found

Please call the main office at (517) 353-1982 to inquire about a lost item or visit the receptionist on the 3rd floor during normal business hours. During an event, please visit the Patron Services Desk across from Wharton Gifts or ask an usher.


For your convenience, refreshments are for sale in the Cobb Great Hall and Pasant Theatre lobbies. Food and beverages are permitted in lobby areas only.

  • Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are available.
  • Cash and credit cards accepted.
  • Bottled water is the only beverage allowed into the theatre.

Self-Coat Check

Available on the 2nd and 3rd floor lobby areas of the Great Hall and Pasant.

Restrooms and Drinking Fountains

Located on all levels. Companion care and family restrooms are located in the Sierra Lobby.
