We offer many Patron Amenities to ensure your experience at Wharton Center is an enjoyable one.

Patron Services

Throughout each performance, the Patron Services Desk, located in the Sierra Lobby across from Wharton Gifts, is open to assist guests with accessibility services, booster seats and lost and found.

Booster Seats

A limited number of booster seats are available at our Patron Services Desk.  An ID is required to check out a booster seat.  Personal booster seats are permitted in the theatre.  

Lost and Found

Please call the main office at (517) 353-1982 to inquire about a lost item or visit the receptionist on the 3rd floor during normal business hours. During an event, please visit the Patron Services Desk across from Wharton Gifts or ask an usher.

Self-Coat Check

Available on the 2nd and 3rd floor lobby areas of the Great Hall and Pasant.

Restrooms and Drinking Fountains

Restrooms are located on all levels. Companion care and family restrooms are located in the Sierra Lobby.

Water fountains with cups are available on all levels of the Cobb Great Hall. 


Binocular rentals are available at the patron services desk. $5.00 cash or charge. Plus ID.


Limited refreshment service is available at the time. We ask patrons to refrain from eating inside the theatre when there is a mask requirement. Water may be taken into the theatre.
