Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, the smash hit Broadway musical, returns to East Lansing! Based on the Academy Award-winning animated feature film, this eye-popping spectacle has won the hearts of over 35 million people worldwide. This classic musical love story is filled with unforgettable characters, lavish sets and costumes, and dazzling production numbers including “Be Our Guest” and the beloved title song. Disney’s Beauty and the Beast is the story of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped in a spell placed by an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end, and he will be transformed into his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity. Experience the romance and enchantment of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast at Wharton Center!

Suitable for ages 5 and above. All guests require a ticket, regardless of age. No one under the age of 5 admitted into the theater, and children must be able to sit quietly in their own seat without disturbing other guests.

 Act One: 80 Minutes, Intermission: 20 Minutes, Act Two: 50 Minutes
