In the wake of the 1986 Challenger tragedy, NASA’s astronaut corps must confront grief, uncertainty, and a daring return to space. Following Dr. Sally Ride’s journey from celebrated astronaut to outspoken queer trailblazer, Discovery is a powerful new musical about finding the courage to speak the truth and launch forward, reinvention and healing. From the co-producers of the Tony Award-winning new Broadway show, Cats: The Jellicle Ball, don’t miss the chance to see this remarkable new musical in development.

A unique collaboration between MSU Department of Theatre and Wharton Center featuring Broadway professionals and MSU students performing together on stage.
