Before arriving, download your mobile tickets to your smartphone. 

Please print and bring a copy of you email confirmation showing your seat locations for faster entry.

Online ticket transfers are not available. Wait until the entire party arrives, or ask the Ticket Office to leave tickets at Will Call.

Will Call tickets and/or those needing help downloading tickets will be directed to the Ticket Office, located at the front entrance.

Increased security measures will be in place for this event, including the use of hand-held or walk-through metal detectors. 

Bags and purses will not be allowed inside Wharton Center and should be left at home or in the patrons vehicle. 

There is no re-entry for this performance once you go through screening.

• No Bags, backpacks, oversized bags, cinch bags, luggage     
• Cameras with interchangeable/detachable lens or external flash (No Professional Photography)
• I-watches, Laptops, Tablets, Personal Computers, or Two-Way Radios
• Audio/Visual Recording Devices (includes GoPro, Google Glass, Spectacles, etc.)
• Selfie Sticks, Tripods, Monopods
• Outside Food, Beverage, or Alcohol
• Cans, Metal/Glass/Plastic Containers, Bottles, or Flasks (empty or sealed bottles included)
• Weapons, Firearms, Pocket Knives or Mace
• Any item that may be deemed disruptive to the performance
• Illegal Drugs or Substances
• Flashlights, Laser Pointers, Flares, or Fireworks
• Signs or banners
• Noise Making Devices (i.e. Air Horns, whistles, bells, vuvuzelas, etc.)
• Animals (except for service animals)

This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, AirPods, smartwatches, and/or recording devices of any kind will not be permitted in the performance space.

Upon arrival at the venue, phones will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests always maintain possession of their devices and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.  

Keep ID and payment options on your person for concessions or merchandise purchases. Payment through a smart device will not be permitted.

All pouches and equipment are routinely sanitized. The Yondr staff is trained and required to follow safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to practice social distancing, minimal contact, and wear required personal protective equipment.

Parking in the ramp adjacent to Wharton Center is on a first come, first served basis and is $10 cash or credit. 

10pm Performance

In order to avoid traffic congestion, patrons are encouraged to park in the Shaw Ramp (592 Shaw Lane) or Lots 112 and 113. View the Directions and Parking page for more information.

Parking in the Wharton Center Ramp will also be available for those with disability permits.
