Cobb Great Hall

It’s hard to top an evening of classic American songs sung by one of the all-time classic American voices. Enjoy an extraordinary evening with legendary recording artist Johnny Mathis when he brings his breathtakingly silky, sultry sound to life on the Cobb Great Hall stage. In 1957, Johnny launched his career as a national sensation on The Ed Sullivan Show. He had at least one Top 40 hit in each of the succeeding four decades and has sold 350 million records worldwide. His artistry spans jazz, pop and country music. Johnny’s Greatest Hits is one of the most popular albums of all time, spending an unprecedented 490 continuous weeks, almost ten years, on the Billboard Top Albums chart. His 2011 album, Let It Be Me: Mathis In Nashville earned a Grammy nomination for Lifetime Achievement. “It’s Not for Me to Say,” but “Chances Are” this “Wonderful, Wonderful” night will be one you remember “Always”!
