Concert features guest saxophone quartet Nois with the MSU Wind Symphony performing Commando March by Samuel Barber, Severance (concerto for saxophone quartet and wind ensemble) by David Biedenbender, and Symphony No. 6, Op. 69 by Vincent Persichetti. The MSU Symphony Band will perform Tunbridge Fair by Walter Piston, and New England Triptych by William Schuman. Kevin L. Sedatole and David Thornton, conductors.
