We are continuously working to provide a safe and secure environment in which our patrons can relax and enjoy the arts. For performances of Disney’s The Lion King, Wharton Center will be implementing bag screening measures.
What you need to know
Bags and purses 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller are allowed and will not require screening. See examples below.
Bags and purses larger than 4.5” x 6.5” will be screened.
Backpacks, over-sized bags, cinch bags, and computer bags/cases will not be allowed into the theatre, please leave these locked in your car or at home.Plan Ahead
Pack lightly with essential items only.
Cobb Great Hall Lobby doors will open 1 hour prior to performance time. Plan your arrival to allow time for bag screening.
We recommend patrons are seated no later than 5 minutes before curtain time.
Entry to the building will be limited to the front entrance off Bogue Street or atrium entrance from the parking ramp. The southwest corner entrance on Wilson Road will be closed for this performance. -
